Bought as a Christmas present in October, when my partner tried to use it, there was no power to the unit, the control dial just spins around freely, tried to contact the seller but have been ignored, there is no longer an option to return due to the length of time since purchase, surely there should be a warranty period with electrical products? Amazon doesn't seem to think so

I have shoulder length hair with lots of layers, I have tried various gadgets including straighteners and brushes but could never get my layers to show to their full effect. I used this and wow its brilliant. I used the big brush attachment to dry my hair and I was gob smacked at how good it is. Would definitely recommend this great little styler. Not heavy either and comes with many attachments clips and comb. Well happy I got this on prime day
