I like the product, initially it didn't spray too bad but not I can barely get the spray nozzle to work at all. Bit disappointed as there is still plenty in the bottle. Other than that the product is good and helpful when clearing break outs

I had bought this with the large bottle for refilling off of their website, ever since refilling the spray bottle after emptying the initial bottle-full it has been almost impossible to spray, you’d think if they care about you actually reusing the bottle and saving the environment they would bother to make the spray bottle more sturdy, I’ve resorted to using it out of the bottle like a toner but because of the open mouth it’s very hard to pour and not waste it. HOCL is unstable so I don’t want to decant into another special stabilising bottle and neither should I have to seeing as I paid for a reusable one. I will be switching back to natrasan HOCL which is cheaper, more stable and doesn’t have crap packaging.
